Braxton celebrated his first St. Patrick's Day last week. Of course, mommy had to dress him up in a green onesie...mommy sure does think he is charming!
Last week Braxton also had a play date with his cousins Benjamin and Samuel. Benjamin was born just a few weeks before Braxton. Those two had a fun time playing on the activity mat while mommy and her cousin Jenny caught up. We hadn't seen each other in so long!
This past weekend Julie, Spencer, and Aija came for a short visit. Julie and I had to do a photo shoot with Aija and Braxton...they were too cute...Aija just wanted to touch Braxton's face. I think Julie and I might have to play match-maker one day with the two of them.
Braxton has really started smiling a lot these days. He is especially happy on his changing pad. That is where he really talks to us and kicks with excitement. On a sad note, we believe that he has started teething already. The poor thing constantly has his hands in his mouth. We finally found some teething tablets that seem to help alleviate the pain. Hopefully he (and we) won't have to go through it very long...fingers crossed. :)
Unfortunately, mommy has to go back to work next Monday. It sure will be hard not seeing that precious face all day! At least he will be in good hands with daddy staying home with him!
We have taken so many pictures of Braxton since he has been born. There are probably more of him in his first 3 months than we had in our first 5 years. Here are some of our favorites that we took the past couple of weeks:
