Visits With Old Friends

Last Thursday, we got a very special visit from Tami and her sister Lindy. They were headed back from the beach and made a stop by our house on the way into Atlanta. I was so excited for them to meet Braxton. Tami and I go way back from college...we did Auburn's study abroad program in Europe together. She and her husband now live in Denver...we can't wait to go back and visit them!

While Marty was in Birmingham for the weekend playing golf with the boys, Braxton and I took the opportunity to travel to Montgomery to visit old friends. We started the weekend by celebrating Abby's (my friend Erin's little girl) 3rd birthday at Chappy's. We enjoyed some yummy pancakes and Cinderella cake. There was even a special visit from Cinderella herself!

After the party, Braxton and I went over to Erin and Mike's house to visit and watch Abby open all of her presents. It was fun catching up...I wish we all lived closer together!

After we visited with Erin, we travelled to Wetumpka to visit with some of my old friends from Rheem. My friend Teresa was so sweet to let us stay over for the night. It was so much fun catching up with everyone. I wish we were able to get over to Montgomery more often.

We had such a fun weekend visiting with everyone! We can't wait to see them again soon!
