18 Months!

It's hard to believe that Braxton is 18 months old!  It seems like yesterday that he was turning 1.  He has grown up so much in the last six months.  We took him to his 18-month appointment this morning and he weighed in at 25 lbs, 4 oz (40th percentile) and measured 30 3/4 inches (15th percentile).  His favorite words these days are car, ball, shoes, what's that, fire truck, dump truck, flower, cat, dog and juice...to name a few.  Unfortunately, his father has also taught him to say "Roll Tide" when he sees the Alabama logo.  I guess that is one of the perks about staying at home with him.  Braxton now has 8 front teeth and is starting to get his molars.  He is walking (or should I say running) really well and always wants to go play outside.  We can't wait to see what the next 6 months hold and look forward to taking him on his first beach trip this fall. 

Our little guy is not so little anymore...
