Happy Father's Day to the world's best Da-Da!
This past weekend we headed to Auburn to celebrate Father's Day. It was our first trip since Carter was born and it went good. Carter has been having some stomach troubles but my mom was happy to walk/bounce him around the house since that was the main thing that would keep him calm. We were able to get some Zantac from the doctor and think it is helping now - so we are keeping our fingers crossed that his episodes have subsided. While visiting, we were able to see Marshall's scrimmage all-stars baseball game, go on a lunch date to Niffers, take a dip in the neighborhood pool and celebrate Father's Day with the whole family. Of course we had a feast on Sunday along with an ice cream cake - my Diddy's favorite. It was so great to see everyone and we were excited for Carter to meet his Aunt Angelyn, Uncle Greg, Cousins Marshall and Mallory, Uncle Mark and Cousin Sam. We hope to visit again next month before my maternity leave ends.
