Christmas in Nashville

Last weekend, we made an early Christmas trip to Nashville to visit Marty's Mom and sister's family.  We were so excited to finally get to spend the night in Marty's Mom's new house.  She got her last piece of furniture, the dining room table, just in time for our celebration.  We had so much fun exchanging gifts and enjoying some delicious brunch on Saturday.  One of Braxton's most prized items was the Hot Wheels carrier that Grandmama gave him.  He pulled it along most of the day.  We were also excited to hear the news that the Goodgames are getting a new addition to their family - a puppy (Yorkie-poo) named Cocoa.  Amy and Randy suprised the kids with a book and photo of their new puppy.  The kids can't wait to pick it up on their way back from Florida after Christmas.  Gracie is looking forward to having a buddy when she goes to visit next time.  It was such a great visit and we hope to be back again soon.
