I guess you could say that I am a little late posting this, but wanted to share our fun New Year's pics. "Fun New Year's" takes on a new meaning once you have kids. Going out with friends and celebrating until the early hours turns into staying in with friends, watching bowl games and heading home soon after the clock strikes midnight. I must say that I enjoy this type of New Year's just as much. No picking out what to wear or where to go...just throw on some jeans and head out. Dawn and Scott were nice enough to host our New Year's event at their house. We enjoyed wings made by Scott himself, black-eyed peas and cornbread brought by Casey and of course an abundance of dips prepared by Dawn. The night got even better when Auburn beat Virginia in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl. Braxton and Cooper looked so cute in their Auburn jersey's. Once the boys went down for the night, the parent's had fun chatting and playing "Things," which always brings on the laughter. At midnight, we all toasted to the New Year (I had sparkling grape juice, of course). We can't wait to see what 2012 has in store for us. Our biggest anticipation is meeting our sweet baby boy in May. Happy New Year to all!
