Our Baby Is How Old???

How does a year go by so fast???  So much has happened, yet it seems like yesterday that I was pacing the hospital floor, anticipating our sweet Carter's arrival!  He is truly a blessing and continuously makes us smile with his big grins.  He will always be our baby boy!  Happy 1st Birthday Bugga-Boo!  We love you so much!

Since his one-year pics got rained out this past Saturday, we decided to reschedule for his birthday - that way he could do a smash cake!  We headed to Pinkerton Park in Franklin since that is where we plan to have his party this weekend (if it doesn't rain - fingers crossed).  We had such a great time taking family shots and then of course - the main event - SMASH CAKE!  This is what got Braxton through all of the pics - a promise of a BIG cupcake.  He definitely got most of it since Carter was more interested in playing with it than eating.  We can't wait to see how all of the pics turn out!  Now on to more festivities this Saturday...
