Here is Braxton at 9 months old getting ready to pick out a pumpkin to carve. We visited the church where he attends Parent's Morning Out to pick one out...they always get loads of pumpkins to choose from. Braxton picked out the perfect one!At 9 months, Braxton:
- Began pulling up
- Got his first teeth - 2 bottoms and 1 top
- Went to the Apple Festival, apple picking and to a pumpkin patch for the first time (all in one day...boy were we tired!)
- Picked out his first pumpkins for carving
- Had his 9-month photo shoot at Samford Hall (my favorite pic from the shoot is seen below...Marty loved the shaker in this pic)
From the moment I laid eyes on you.
You chose us as your parents, I knew.
I think we knew you from before,
A nagging feeling, I can’t ignore.
I can’t believe one year’s gone by,
When having fun, time really does fly.
You’ve changed from a tiny baby,
To a precious young man,
And on this day, we celebrate you.
How far you’ve come and what you’ll do.
We wish for you not a moment less,
Than eternal health and happiness.
